Accessibility Statement
Sheikh Scents is committed to making sheikhscents.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control and keyboard-only navigation.
Our standard
We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That includes text and interface colours that meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio, visible keyboard focus on every link and control, labels on every form field, alternative text on meaningful images, a pause control on moving content, and a layout that works with 200% zoom and on small screens.
What we do
- Every page is checked with automated accessibility tooling (axe-core) and with manual keyboard and screen-reader passes before it goes live.
- Our checkout is provided by Shopify, which maintains its own accessibility program, and our email and text alerts are sent through Klaviyo.
- Accessibility is reviewed again whenever we change the design of the store.
Known limitations
Some content is supplied by third-party apps embedded in the site (for example, the rewards launcher and chat widget). We are working with those providers, and we choose settings that are as accessible as possible. If any of these get in your way, contact us and we will help you complete your order another way.
