Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- International (rates calculated at checkout)
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Rates typically range from $4.90 for smaller orders to $20+ for larger shipments.
Free shipping on all US orders over $100.
Processing Time
Please note: Our online inventory is the same inventory available at our physical store location. Because of this, we have specific processing windows:
- Orders placed Friday through Sunday are typically processed and shipped the same weekend.
- Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed the following weekend (Friday-Sunday).
This means your order may take up to 5-7 days to ship depending on when it's placed. We know that's longer than Amazon — we're working on it. As we grow, we're building dedicated ecommerce inventory with faster fulfillment.
Estimated delivery time after shipping: 3-7 business days (USPS Ground).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or contact the carrier directly.
Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at Ahmed@SheikhScents.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately and we'll try to update it before the order ships.
