Lattafa's 2025 limited run on the Asad Zanzibar name, rebuilt around cinnamon, black soap, and cedarwood instead of the original's marine-forward blend.

Don't confuse this with the standard Asad Zanzibar. The notes are different: a marine-tinged opening of lavender and pink pepper gives way almost immediately to cinnamon and an unusual black soap accord, which is where this one gets its character. Cashmeran bridges into a base of tonka bean, amber, cedarwood, and sandalwood, warm and a little sweet without going gourmand. It's a limited run, so once our stock is gone, it's gone. This is a good pick for anyone who wants a spiced woody scent that doesn't smell like every other Lattafa amber on the shelf.
