This is one of Lattafa’s older releases and it shows: it is built like a proper amber-spicy fragrance rather than a quick fruity clone. Rose, cinnamon and saffron open warm, caramel and patchouli carry the middle, and the base of vanilla, woody notes, amber and ambroxan does the heavy lifting. It is dense and projects hard, so a couple of sprays goes further than you would expect. Not a soft fragrance and not meant to be one.
